What are some ways you can form an interprofessional team and collaborate with other advanced registered nurse roles? Strong interprofessional relationships often increase collaboration and benefit patient’s outcome or the organizational initiatives. Usually developing connections and associations between staff creates a positive environment for the medical operation processes. Good relationship between the medical staff facilitate the processes geared towards establishing appropriate mechanisms for undertaking effective treatment and diagnostic process, and as a result, there is always the benefit to the patient outcomes (Dougherty, 2016). In every working environment, positive interactions initiate innovative ideas and encourages creative thinking. Thus, interprofessional relationship enhanced the processes that encourages evidenced-based practices.

Which leads to the effective patient outcome is facilitated by the positive interprofessional relationship (Foundations of interprofessional collaborative practice in health care, 2018). Healthcare delivery is an essential aspect of the healthcare system; the enables communities to tackle the emerging diseases that affect individuals in modern society. Effective healthcare delivery allows numerous community members in accessing quality care. In most cases, communities have healthcare workers who facilitate the provision of medical services as well as surgical procedures that aims at ensuring quality health among the populace (Slusser et al., 2018). These medical staff need to be in a positive relationship to ensure effective patient management.
Some of the ways of forming interprofessional team and collaborate with other advanced registered nurse roles is by encouraging collective responsibility and imposing ethical practices and equality to the rules and regulations. Every practicing nurse should be trained to become part of the team and contribute equally to developing effective practices that may lead to the increase in patient outcome. Besides, the Interprofessional Education Collaboration practices such as values and ethics, roles/responsibilities, teams/teamwork and interprofessional communication are some of the ways that may lead to the formation of effective interprofessional teams to enhance effective patient outcome.
